4. Lawful Basis for Processing

EU and UK (GDPR and UK GDPR) We process B2B contact data on the basis of Legitimate Interest under Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our legitimate interests are to provide B2B sales intelligence and contact discovery services to business clients. We have conducted and documented a Legitimate Interests Assessment (LIA) and are satisfied that: (a) the processing is necessary for those interests; (b) business professionals would reasonably expect their professional contact information to be used for B2B outreach; and (c) those interests are not overridden by the fundamental rights of the individuals concerned.
