Searching and browsing contacts is free. Credits are consumed when you reveal contact details (email address, phone number, or LinkedIn URL). Unused credits roll over to the following billing period up to a maximum of twice your monthly allowance, as described on our Pricing page. One-time signup credits do not roll over but never expire. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selected plan. You authorise Pipeline Labs to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
8. Refunds
Purchases are sold through Link, a Stripe company, which acts as our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Charges appear on your statement as "LINK.COM*" followed by our name. Credits are non-refundable once revealed, as the underlying contact data has been delivered at the point of reveal. Monthly subscriptions: no partial-month refunds are issued. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. Annual subscriptions: if you are not satisfied with your annual subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase provided you have not used any paid-plan credits during that period. New accounts receive complimentary signup credits for evaluation — use of those signup credits does not affect your eligibility for a refund.
